Established in 1991, the Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors committed to philanthropic activities that benefit the medical programs and services at JHS. THE EVENT
The 23rd Annual Guardians of the Children Luncheon and Fashion Show was held Tuesday, November 22, 2022. The event’s fashion show, presented by Saks Fifth Avenue was attended by Current and New Guardian Angels as well as the Jackson Health Foundation Committee Members and Jackson Health Professionals alike. Their giving presence was felt as they came together to continue fundraising efforts at this most exclusive event which took place at The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne in Miami, Florida.
THE EVENT
The 23rd Annual Guardians of the Children Luncheon and Fashion Show was held Tuesday, November 22, 2022. The event’s fashion show, presented by Saks Fifth Avenue was attended by Current and New Guardian Angels as well as the Jackson Health Foundation Committee Members and Jackson Health Professionals alike. Their giving presence was felt as they came together to continue fundraising efforts at this most exclusive event which took place at The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne in Miami, Florida.
THE GOAL
For more than two decades, the goal of The 23rd Annual Guardians of the Children Luncheon and Fashion Show Guardian Angels have hosted this exciting event benefiting Holtz Children’s Hospital, raising awareness and funds for the children in the South Florida Community who need it most. The goal of this signature event was to celebrate the Guardian Angels 30th year anniversary of making a difference.

THE ROLE OF PCG
For the 7th year in a row, PCG has served as the Outreach and Special Events Arm for the Foundation. The services rendered for this event were: Event Planning, Event Design, Event Execution, On-Site Social Media Management, VIP/Committee On-site Interviews (Social media), 360 Photo Booth, Brand Ambassador, Event Photography, Event Videography, Event Recap Video and Creative & Print services bringing their vision for yet another wonderful year of the Annual Guardians of the Children Luncheon and Fashion Show to life.

THE SETUP
Transforming a beautiful ballroom at The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne into an exclusive, over-the-top fashion show with pop-up store, 360 photo booths, and media activation areas were truly the ways PCG “amplified” this signature fundraising event for Jackson Health Foundation. The setup to create the different activations such as Guardian Angels Golden Frame Entrance Backdrops, the Guardian Angels 360 Photo Booth and props, Registration, silent auction item tables, Interview station, Pin Station, Ballroom Activation, and Saks Fifth Avenue Popup Shop truly captured the giving experience. Watching the transformation of the ballroom come to life and the team work seamlessly together to execute this special event was captivating.
THE SETUP

The setup to create the different activations such as Guardian Angels Golden Frame Entrance Backdrops, the Guardian Angels 360 Photo Booth and props, Registration, silent auction item tables, Interview station, Pin Station, Ballroom Activation, and Saks Fifth Avenue Popup Shop truly captured the giving experience. Watching the transformation of the ballroom come to life and the team work seamlessly together to execute this special event was captivating.
THE ACTIVATIONS
- Entrance – A regal welcome activation was experienced by all attendees upon their arrival to the event. The activation consisted of gold framing and a marble design that truly elevated the opening of the hall into the ballroom area leading to the registration area. The use of two Holtz Bears along the sides of glass cubes and florals captured the event’s branding.
- Registration – An elevated registration setup further welcomed all attendees to the event with the use of floral arrangements, one Holtz Bear and gold table covers further cemented the event’s branding as well as look & feel.
- GUA 360 Photo Booth & Props – An engaging social photo-op activation with a curved & gold framed backdrop welcomed attendees from the registration area into the event. The activation offered much interaction and fun for all event attendees as well as continued to showcase the Holtz brand through the use of 2 Holtz Bears and floral arrangements. Key sponsor activations were included on both the curved backdrop and digital framing created for social use.
- GUA Activation – A beautiful Floral Holtz Bear and acrylic sign showcased together offered the perfect activation further cementing the event’s branding.

- Pin Station – A welcoming activation was created with gold table covers and florals further showcased the event’s look & feel while gifting guests a special pin.
- Step & Repeat – A Boxwood Hedge Step & Repeat with a beautiful floral framing emphasized the exclusivity of the event and offering the perfect backdrop for media and social coverage opportunities.
- Ballroom Activation – A guardian angel branded foam wall positioned towards the end of ballroom with pink and amber uplighting further captured the event branding.
- Saks Fifth Avenue Pop Up Shop – Beautiful signage and two boxwood columns with florals were positioned along the sides of the back ballroom space near the patio door to capture the Saks Fifth Avenue branding emphasizing their elegant aesthetic.
THE ACTIVATIONS
- Interview station – A beautiful Guardian Angels step created the perfect social media VIP/Guardian Angel Interview area.
- Pin Station – A welcoming activation was created with gold table covers and florals & guests were gifted a special pin.
- Step & Repeat – A Boxwood Hedge Step & Repeat with a beautiful floral framing emphasized the exclusivity of the event and offered the perfect backdrop for media coverage.
- Ballroom Activation – A guardian angel branded foam wall positioned towards the end of ballroom.
