The Founding of PCG

Premier Choice Group (previously Premier Choice Capital) was founded in 2010 by Shanae Hill. After working in the field of finance and accounting for more than a decade, she found that there was a lack of holistic approach to support leaders and decision makers.

While the core of expertise possessed by Hill was around capital management, she was longing for a more comprehensive way to assist people reach their fullest potential.


This was the beginning of the transition from Premier Choice Capital to Premier Choice Group.

THE FIRST STAGE
OF EXPANSION

The first stage of expansion experienced within PCG was in 2015, when the company transitioned to become a full-service suite provider for its client leaders — offering public relations, marketing and event production services that have now become the staple of PCG offerings today.
Growth came after Hill realized that she wanted a more creative and explorative outlet for her passion in integrated strategy building, in a way that encourages clients to spread their wings and further expand their horizons.
Diversification of skillsets led to the growth of client base. What was a team composed of a handful of experts became a full-fledged agency that amplifies influential leaders’ growth via its 360 degree approach.

This year has proven to be the year of accelerated growth for the agency.




It is also the point where PCG shifted its focus to cater to corporate brands who are ready to create impact, while simultaneously supporting smaller business leaders to find their success stories.

Today, PCG’s client portfolio includes many acclaimed client leaders such as Orange Blossom Classic, Denny’s, Bacardi, Hillsborough County Public Schools, 100 Black Men of America, Inc., Jackson Health Foundation, Holtz Children’s Hospital, EdChoice, and several other distinguished brands and global organizations.
