Shanae Hill

CEO

Shanae D. Hill is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Premier Choice Group. She has over 20 years of experience in fiscal management, executive coaching and development, change management, branding, constructing corporate philanthropy and image services. As a seasoned consultant, she knows what to do within key networks to identify solutions for clients.

She is a person of faith, who is people- centric, creative and understands the importance of diversity. Hill’s bespoke coaching methods have enabled executive leaders to focus on enhancing their individual performance and effectiveness. Hill has worked with a range of brands including: Equifax, Coca-Cola, Takada Holdings, Saks Fifth Avenue, Charlotte Bobcats, Marriott International, 100 Black Men of America, Jackson Health Foundation, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the South Beach Wine and Food Festival.x

Jaslyn Gonzalez

Executive Assistant to CEO

Jaslyn Gonzalez is the executive assistant to the CEO of Premier Choice Group, Shanae Hill. She works closely with the executive team and provides adequate support to the CEO and client-facing initiatives . She has worked directly on the Golden Angels Gala and internal branding for Premier Choice Group. Hard work, integrity and honesty are pillars she stands by in her profession. Her skills in content creation and organizational management have been a focus in her role as well. 

Family is very important to her. She is fluent in Spanish, enjoys music and practiced karate for five years. Gonzalez received her Associate of Arts in Graphic and Commercial Arts. She is currently a student at Florida International University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Applied Communications.

Melissa Chaviano

Business Development Coordinator

Melissa Chaviano joined Premier Choice Group in 2022 and serves in a senior administrative role as a Business Development Coordinator.* She oversees the implementation of PCG’s business development strategies, partnerships and maximizes sales and client retention management.

She is steadfast and able to adapt to evolving environments. Working with various brands and projects, she understands the importance of approaching the agency’s work with care. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Denisse Montero

Brand & Event Manager

Denisse Montero joined Premier Choice Group in 2020 as the Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO. She has played an integral role in creating in-person experiences for the Orange Blossom Classic, Jackson Health Foundation and Hillsborough County Public Schools. She has described herself as authentic and innovative. Her dedication is fueled by the opportunity to impact her clients and team members.

Montero understands the importance of relationship building and networking. Her natural ability to connect with others, leadership and design skills are all strengths she brings to Premier Choice Group. She speaks Spanish fluently and has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology from St. Thomas University. During her spare time she enjoys personal development, poetry and physical fitness.

Jessica Deaunovich

Brand and Event Coordinator

Jessica Deaunovich is the Brand and Event Coordinator for Premier Choice Group. She works closely with Brand & Event Manager Denisse Montero and the events team on logistics, day of execution and vendor management. She has worked directly with the Orange Blossom Classic and the Golden Angels Gala. During her time with PCG she has collaborated with the team and remains inquisitive to identify opportunities for growth. Her interpersonal skills have grown immensely and she has been able to produce amazing work in creative environments. 

Deaunovich received her Bachelor of Arts in Health Science and Business from the University of South Florida and a certificate in Nutrition from Shaw Academy. In college she was a Division 1 athlete for track and field. An avid traveler, she has visited over 20 countries and spent a semester abroad at the University of South Florida. She is Italian & Irish, loves cooking, spending time with family & friends and playing sports. 

Alisha Rose

Social Media Coordinator

Alisha Rose  is the  social media manager for  Premier Choice Group. She is responsible for the social media platforms of various clients and oversees the internal strategies for the PCG brand. Rose works closely with the marketing team to plan digital campaigns, perform community management and analyze data analytics. Her ability to be organized, reliable and flexible allows her to juggle various tasks at once and manage any challenges that may arise. 

 

She values taking the time out to rest, dancing and singing. Her professional experience has also had many pivots from studies in the sciences to marketing. Rose is a graduate of Philadelphia University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biopsychology and has a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Walden University.

Mylika Morton, CPA, JD

Director, Capital Management

Mylika Morton is the Director of Capital Management for Premier Choice Group. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and attorney who provides professional accounting, tax, and financial services to individuals, small businesses and non-profit organizations.  Her 20 years of progressive experience in various aspects of financial management includes her past role as Chief Financial Officer for a consortium of non-profit organizations and present capacity as consultant to numerous entities across Central Florida.  

Morton possesses strong communication skills and analytical abilities, and is dedicated to efficiently ensuring the strategic goals of an organization. In her spare time she enjoys reading and traveling. She has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Florida.  In 2017, she received her Juris Doctorate from the Barry University School of Law and was admitted to The Florida Bar.

Shantae Gilmer

Managing Partner

Shantae Gilmer is the Managing Partner of Premier Choice Group. She elevates brands and leaders through print and digital platforms to maintain their competitiveness and relevance in today’s marketplace. Public Relations is a specialty she has optimized at PCG. 

She has worked with the Department of Juvenile Justice, Verizon, Boys and Girls Club of America and the State of Florida. Her ambition, supportive nature and innovative approach makes her a great partner to PCG. For over 20 years, Gilmer has worked in the private and public sectors and has experience in marketing, public relations, strategic planning, content creation, advertising, branding, executive coaching and change management.

Gilmer’s hobbies include writing, traveling and listening to music. She holds a Bachelor’s in Health Science Education and a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Florida and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Chanel McDonald

Executive Assistant

Chanel McDonald joined Premier Choice Group in 2021 and serves in a dual role as an assistant and brand content creator. She is the lead for supporting Shantae Gilmer, managing partner of PCG.

McDonald understands the power of proactive efforts to get projects done for clients and high-level executives. With her diverse background and over 20 years of experience in customer facing roles, her past work has laid the foundation for her current role. She also has the natural ability to work in fast-paced environments. A self-described creative, her favorite activities include singing, hair styling and cooking.

Jessica Portilla

Digital Marketing Manager

Jessica Portilla is the Digital Marketing Coordinator for Premier Choice Group. Her responsibilities include digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Portilla also manages creative production for PCG and is a direct liaison between clients and the agency’s graphics team. Since joining the team she has become an integral part of the marketing efforts for the historic Orange Blossom Classic. 

In 2008, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from Florida International University. Her hobbies include traveling, spending quality time with her family and decorating. 

Portilla currently resides in Miami, FL after having lived in Puerto Rico for six years.

Joshua Smith

Digital Media Coordinator

Joshua Smith joined Premier Choice Group in 2021 as the Digital Marketing Strategist bringing a wealth of expertise in social media and digital marketing. He proudly serves this role and has been an integral part of marketing efforts for clients such as the Orange Blossom Classic by monitoring analytics and trends. 

His hobbies include photography, bowling, running and collecting vinyl records. Smith has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University and a certificate in Data Analysis from General Assembly.

Sorangel Lucas

Lead Graphic Designer

Sorangel Lucas joined Premier Choice Group in 2021 as the Lead Graphic Designer who communicates ideas to inspire, inform, or captivate consumers through physical and virtual art forms that include images, words, or graphics. She describes herself as an individual who is perseverent, consistent and life-long learner. 

Lucas is an avid fan of the Coca-Cola brand and its collectibles. She speaks Spanish fluently and has a true passion for design and creative projects. Lucas has a Bachelor’s in Mass Communications and Media Studies with a concentration in Journalism from the University of Fermin Toro in Venezuela.

Dwight Gilmer

Director, Training &
Development

Dwight Gilmer is the Director of Training and Development for Premier Choice Group. He has over 20 years of experience in motivating people to find their best selves. He leads with compassion and is a purpose driven individual. As a member of PCG’s core team he is committed to the process of empowering employees to manifest their dreams and goals. He believes that our greatest service to humanity is our ability to support and help others.  


He is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. Gilmer is a tremendous leader and communicator and was selected as the Toastmasters International – District 48 International Speech Contest winner and a semi-finalist in the International World Championships in 2016. During his downtime, his hobbies include coaching basketball, reading and spending time with his family.

Laury Georges-Lane

Human Resources Manager

Laury Georges-Lane is a former Human Resources executive of 25 years who now leads her own consulting firm, LGL Consulting & Executive Advisory Group, LLC. During her tenure, she made an impact in the energy, healthcare, financial services and retail sectors. She began working with Premier Choice Group since its inception and has managed talent acquisition, established team culture and executive coaching. 

She continues to leave an indelible mark on people and processes through exercising her civic duty on multiple city boards and committee memberships. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Her most notable accomplishment yet, is being a mom to a wonderful 13-year old daughter that continues to be her inspiration. 

She holds degrees from the University of Florida, Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School and the Nova Southeastern H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business. She is of Hatian descent and is fluent in Creole which has yielded expanded opportunities for consulting in diverse settings.
